After months in beta, Braandly is officially open. On Sunday, April 19, we moved from beta to production and opened braandly.com to the world. If you’re hearing about Braandly for the first time, or you’ve been waiting for the full launch, this is it.

Here’s everything: what we built, why we built it, what’s in the product today, and where we’re taking it next.

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

Building and running a brand in 2026 shouldn’t require a stack of ten different subscriptions. But for most founders, creators, and marketing teams, that’s exactly what it takes.

You need Brandfetch or Pinterest to research brand inspiration. Google Drive or Dropbox to store your assets. Canva or Figma to design your visuals. Notion to document your brand guidelines. Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to manage your tasks and projects. Linktree or Campsite for your link-in-bio. Mailchimp to manage your audience. And a spreadsheet somewhere to hold everything else together.

Every tool adds another subscription, another login, another tab, and another place where things can get lost. Assets live in Google Drive. Conversations happen in Slack. Approvals get buried in email threads. Decisions disappear across platforms. And somewhere in all that chaos, the brand, the thing everyone is supposed to be building, gets buried under the tooling.

The cost isn’t just money. It’s momentum. Every time a team member can’t find the right logo, can’t remember which color is approved, or has to chase a decision across three platforms, the brand loses ground. Consistency erodes. Standards slip. The brand that looked sharp at launch starts to look like it’s managed by five different people, because it is.

We built Braandly to fix that.

One Workspace. One Subscription. Everything Your Brand Needs.

Braandly is built to replace the scattered stack most brand teams are running today. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • Instead of Google Drive for asset storage: Asset Collections, a structured brand library for logos, colors, fonts, gradients, and brand files your whole team can access
  • Instead of Brandfetch or Pinterest for brand inspiration: Built-in brand inspiration with palettes, gradients, fonts, and identity ideas to spark your creative process
  • Instead of Canva or Figma for visual identity: Brand identity tools including a palette generator, gradient generator, image color extractor, image color picker, and contrast checker
  • Instead of Notion for brand documentation: Docs, a full collaborative editor for brand guidelines, strategy, meeting notes, and internal knowledge
  • Instead of Asana, Trello, or ClickUp for task and project management: Tasks with Kanban boards, subtasks, deadlines, priorities, and file attachments, plus Projects with milestones, timelines, and progress dashboards
  • Instead of Linktree, Campsite, or similar for link-in-bio: Brinks, a full publishing surface with custom themes, content blocks, subscriber management, QR codes, and analytics
  • Instead of Mailchimp for audience management: Subscriber capture and management built directly into your Brink pages
  • Instead of static PDFs for brand guidelines: A living brand guidelines system that stays connected to your actual assets and evolves with your brand
  • Instead of multiple AI tools for brand content: Braandly AI for brand generation, document writing, taglines, brand voice, health scoring, and competitor analysis

One platform. One subscription. No more juggling.

What the Beta Taught Us

We opened the beta with a simple question: will people actually use this? Not sign up and disappear, actually use it, daily, to build and manage real brands.

The answer was yes. And the feedback that came with that usage shaped almost everything about what we’re launching today.

Three things became clear:

The workspace isn’t a feature, it’s the product. Teams aren’t struggling with creativity, they’re struggling with coordination. Too many tools, too many tabs, too many scattered decisions. So we stopped thinking of the workspace as a container and started building it as the system itself. One environment where your brand lives, your team works, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Brand creation should feel like momentum, not setup. The more friction in the setup process, the less likely a brand ever gets off the ground. Traditional flows feel like filling out forms instead of building something real. So we rebuilt the creation experience around AI-assisted generation. Name, positioning, voice, colors, direction, generated from context, then shaped by you. Idea to identity in minutes, not days.

Link-in-bio can’t be a side product. For creators and modern brands, the bio link is the front door. Treating it like an add-on never made sense. So Brink evolved into a core part of the system, fully customizable, deeply integrated with your brand, and built to convert attention into action.

What’s Inside Braandly 1.0

Here’s everything that’s live today, organised across three areas:

Brand Tools

Brands Management Create dedicated workspaces for every brand you manage, each with its own identity, assets, team, and health score. Whether you’re a founder running one brand or an agency managing dozens, everything stays separate and organised in one platform. Includes brand approval workflows so brands can be submitted for review before going live, and brand verification to establish ownership and authenticity.

Brand Identity Tools The full visual toolkit for building and maintaining a consistent brand identity:

  • Palette Generator: Create harmonious color palettes that define your brand’s visual identity
  • Gradient Generator: Design smooth gradients and color transitions for websites, graphics, and digital products
  • Image Color Extractor: Extract dominant colors from any image automatically, perfect for building palettes from photos or existing brand assets
  • Image Color Picker: Select precise colors from any part of an image to match exact colors from logos or design references
  • Contrast Checker: Ensure your brand colors meet accessibility standards with WCAG compliance checking
  • Brand Guideline Generator: Automatically generate professional brand guidelines from your brand assets, covering colors, typography, logos, and usage rules

More tools are coming soon.

Brand Guidelines Living brand guidelines that evolve with your brand. Not a static PDF that goes stale the moment it’s published, a connected document that stays in sync with your actual brand assets and standards.

Braandly AI Generate complete brand profiles from just a name and website. Colors, typography, taglines, target audience, competitive positioning, and brand voice, all generated from context and refined by you. The AI assistant is also built into every document for writing, summarising, translating, and tone-fixing. Brand health scoring, brand voice analysis, competitor analysis, and an AI brand chat trained on branding strategy are all included.

Brand Inspiration Discover brand ideas, color palettes, gradients, fonts, and identity suggestions to jumpstart your branding process. Browse what other brands are doing and use it as a creative starting point for your own.

Who Braandly Is Built For

Braandly is built for anyone who creates, manages, or works with a brand and is tired of the chaos that comes with doing it across too many disconnected tools.

Founders and solo builders who need to establish a brand identity fast and keep it consistent as the business grows, without paying for ten different subscriptions to do it.

Marketing teams who need a single source of truth for brand assets, guidelines, and campaign work, without chasing files across drives and inboxes.

Designers and creatives who want to hand off brand standards clearly and keep clients aligned without endless back-and-forth.

Agencies managing multiple client brands who need separate, organised environments for each without the overhead of separate tools per client.

Content creators who rely on their link-in-bio as a primary touchpoint and need it to actually represent their brand, not just list links.

Launching is the starting line, not the finish line. Here’s what’s on deck:

File Management: Upload, organise, and manage brand files directly inside your workspace. Logos, decks, design exports, and everything else your brand produces, stored and accessible in one place.

Deeper brand intelligence: Not just helping you build a brand, but tracking whether it’s actually landing. Consistency scores, usage patterns, and actionable signals across your workspace.

Expanded AI across docs, tasks, and content workflows: Less prompting, more producing. AI that understands your brand context and works within it, not around it.

More integrations: Figma is in progress. Canva, Adobe, WordPress, and Elementor are coming. More after that.

Speed, polish, and reliability: The quiet, boring, important work. The best product is the one that gets out of your way.

We’ll keep shipping. You keep building.

Thank You to Our Beta Users

None of this happens without the people who showed up when the product was rougher. You reported bugs most users would have churned over. You told us what was missing, sometimes in very colorful language. You built real brands on software that was still figuring itself out.

If you’re a beta user reading this: you are the reason there’s going to be a 1.0. That’s not a line. That’s math.
